Refunds and Cancellations

Online checkout is paused during the no-payment beta. Buyers and farmers coordinate payment directly, so refund requests for direct/offline payments must be handled between the buyer and seller.

Order Cancellations

Buyers should request cancellations as early as possible. Sellers may decline cancellations after harvest, preparation, or pickup windows begin.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for non-delivery, materially inaccurate listings, or quality issues reported promptly with supporting details.

Dispute Process

Buyers and sellers should first attempt direct resolution. If unresolved, contact platform support. Platform review may include listing details, timestamps, and communication records.

Processing Time

Platform-processed Stripe refunds apply only after online payments are enabled. During beta, direct-payment refunds are handled by the buyer and seller.
