New River Valley Farmers Market is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting local buyers with independent farm sellers. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Marketplace Role

Farm sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, food handling, product quality, pickup readiness, and legal compliance for their products. New River Valley Farmers Market provides marketplace technology for listings, buyer requests, and seller communication.

Accounts

Buyers must use a valid account to request items, message sellers, or place orders when payments are enabled. Farmers must provide complete and accurate business information.

Orders and Payment

During the no-payment beta, online checkout is paused. Buyers may request items and coordinate availability, pickup, and payment directly with farmers. Future online payments may be processed by Stripe after launch review.

Prohibited Content

Listings, messages, and uploaded media may not include illegal, deceptive, explicit, hateful, or abusive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate policy.

Disputes and Liability

Buyers should report product and pickup disputes promptly through support. To the extent permitted by law, New River Valley Farmers Market is not liable for seller-provided goods, product misuse, or indirect losses.
